I ALWAYS prime my eyes before applying eyeshades
because I feel wearing an eyeshadow base is good for various reasons. I like to
wear one, because it works as a eye primer which stops the eye shadows from fading and creasing and it also helps your
eyeshadow colour pop. So today, I’m going to review NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk, which has been raved by the whole
blogsphere and is really popular as an eyeshadow base. Lets see if it works for me or not..
