Sigma Beauty's Bestseller : F80 Flat Top Kabuki Brush - Review, Application Techniques & Photos

Majority of my brushes are Sigma. They’re my absolute favorite because their quality is incredibly good.Today I am going to review one of their best seller which is none other than Sigma F80 Flat Top Kabuki Brush. So many beauty gurus and bloggers rave about this flat topped kabuki, so I was really excited when I had the opportunity to try it! Keep reading if you are interested in this review.
Product Description: This exclusive flat top synthetic kabuki was designed to deliver a flawless makeup application. The Sigma Beauty F80 brush is a buffer brush that can be used to blend powder or liquid products. The short and dense bristles make it easy to buff your liquid foundation. The long handle adds comfort to your makeup application. The synthetic fibers are ideal to be used with liquid products and can be easily cleaned. Made of Synthetic Sigmax HD filament.

My Views: I tried this as soon as I got it and I can't say enough good things about it! The brush itself is incredibly dense and gives a flawless finish to your makeup upon application. One thing I hate when applying foundation with a new brush is that the brush absorbs most of the foundation, not the case with this one.It uses about half of the amount of foundation and takes about half the time. It applies the product evenly and pretty quickly too, the Kabuki is a decent size and even gets in the tricky parts like the corners of your nose. It covers much better, and you can't even tell I'm wearing foundation. It gives me a full coverage look whatever the foundation I use. It also gives the skin a natural airbrushed look without looking too overdone totally depends on how you use it.

I simply dot some foundation on my face (forehead, both cheeks, chin, and nose) spread it out and blend with this brush. I use circular motions to blend my foundation and make sure that I blend it really well and cover all areas of my face. This brush  just smooths and blends it all in beautifully and I get perfect airbrushed Skin in 2 minutes.

Foundation Application Techniques with Sigma F-80 Kabuki Brush:Sigma F80 kabuki brush is my favorite for a full, yet natural coverage. This brush has significantly changed the way I apply my makeup. It’s really dense, therefore blends foundation like a dream and give you that gorgeous airbrushed finish. You can apply foundation two ways with this foundation depending on what kind of coverage you need, you can either stipple it on giving yourself a flawless finish or you can buff the foundation in also giving a flawless finish but with a little less coverage if you were to stipple it on. Either way I love this brush! It's really amazing!

As far as the cleaning is concerned, I soak it in olive oil for a couple of minutes as it helps loosen the foundation and makes cleaning a little easier and later wash it well with a baby shampoo or any other mild shampoo. The bristles of the brush are really soft but hard enough to keep its shape after many washes. It does take quite a long time to dry after you wash it, but that's because it's so dense. I haven't had any issues so far with this brush shedding.

My Recommendation: I'm so pleased with this brush and I have nothing negative to say about this it.It's absolutely amazing, worth every penny and I 100% recommend it to you.
