L'oreal True Match Minerals Review

Time to review L’oreal True Match Minerals today, If you want to know my experience about the product then keep reading..
Product Description :
Visibly improve the quality of your skin.
Clinically proven results: 70% less imperfections in 4 weeks
Gentle and suitable for even sensitive skin types, True Match Minerals is free from oil, fragrance and preservatives and provides SPF 15 protection. With 16hr wear you can have healthy-looking, luminous skin that feels like you're wearing nothing at all!
My Views:
This foundation comes in a rather unique packing. A transparent bottle with a kabuki brush attached to the screw cap. This screw cap is further covered by a transparent top. Remove the transparent top and unscrew the cap to find a cover similar to a sieve through which a fine powder is dispensed. You swirl the brush in the powder. Gently tap the brush to remove the excess powder and apply it on your face in circular movements.
L'oreal True Match Minerals Foundation *Swatch*
When I applied on my face, It appeared somewhat drying and it enhanced my dry patches. The foundation however did not stay on for more than 2 hours. It also oxidized make my face look darker after awhile. Also some amount of the foundation always get stuck to the screw cap lid - that much of powder is lost or wasted every time.
This foundation is actually for people with almost perfect skin.It gives a really sheer coverage. It doesn't give full coverage like other foundations. It was not successful in hiding up my blemishes. This is quite bulky and so its not travel friendly. You cannot carry this easily in your purse. This product is a big disappointment for me.

Lastly I will say I don’t love this product. I sometimes use it as a powder to set my liquid foundation.

Rating : 2 / 5

Have you tried this foundation yet? Did you like it ??

    1. Hi Laila, Same happened to me after using it, It oxidized on my skin and enhanced my dry patches.Better not to take risk with this product as It doesn't provides what it claims. It's a waste of money.

    1. Hi Maria, Thanks for commenting here :) I completely agree with you, The brush is slightly hard and rough, I noticed shedding as well. Overall a bad product.
