Oriflame The One Illuskin Foundation Review & Swatch

Hello loves, How are you all? I have been MIA for a while but I’m back with a really good news.I got Nikkahofied a couple of days ago :)) Was really busy with the preparations lately but now I’m back on my blog with another post :) Today I’m going to be reviewing the Oriflame The One Illuskin Foundation. I’ve never really used any Oriflame product before, so I was very excited to try this product. If you want to know whether if turned out to be a hit or a miss, keep on reading!
Product Description:  A glowing satin finish foundation with sheer and buildable coverage and SPF 20. Blurs imperfections and conceals blemishes with a natural-looking finish. Let’s your skin’s natural beauty shine through.
·         Halo Light Technology to perfect and illuminate skin.
·         Buildable coverage for a fresh and natural finish.
·         Oil free formula means no shine
·         With SPF 20
Packaging:  Packaging is pretty basic.Oriflame The One Illuskin Foundation comes in a sleek 30ml glass bottle. It has a purple colored pump dispenser with a clear plastic cap to secure it. The pump has to be twisted to let the product come through it. I always prefer foundations with pumps, They’re convenient to use and are hygienic as well.

My Views: Oriflame The One Illuskin Foundation is available in 4 shades. The texture of the foundation is easy to work with, as it isn’t extremely runny or thick. It is very blendable and lightweight.  Spreads evenly and only a small amount is needed to cover entire face. It has a very mild smell to it which isn’t too bothersome.I have dry to combination skin and the One illuskin foundation gives me a perfect semi matte finish.I own the shade 'Nude pink'
I take 2 pumps of this foundation and dot it all over my face & neck, and then using fingers blend it. I use my Sigma F-80 brush or Beauty Blender when I need more coverage. This foundation feels super light and non-sticky on the skin. So far I have been using it for day wear because of the SPF 20 content. It glides on to the skin smoothly and blends perfectly. It neither accentuates nor settles in fine lines.I really like the way it felt on the skin. This adds a soft dewy effect to the skin making it look fresh and healthy. It doesn’t make the skin look dry or patchy. The good part is that it feels very light on skin and doesn’t look cakey at all. It imparts a natural finish to the face making the skin show through.
For everyday office look I prefer to go with minimal makeup, so I do not use any primer underneath foundation. The ONE illuskin foundation gives me a pretty decent coverage and makes my skin lit from within. I love how it gives my skin a really healthy glow.
Swatch
Despite having SPF, it doesn’t show up in flash photography or doesn’t get oxidized on skin. Overall I think, for those of you who don’t have extremely oily skin or don’t need to cover a great deal of scars and under eye dark circles, this would be a great everyday foundation and off course you can use concealer on top if you need more coverage. You can see some blemishes on my face in the before picture but see how beautifully it covered them all. I'm really impressed.
Oriflame The One Illuskin Foundation, Before & After

My Recommendation: For girls who like dewy looks or who have normal to dry skin this might be an excellent product. Those with oily skin need to set off the extra glossiness using a tissue paper or pressed powder. I really prefer it for everyday office makeup as it gives a very nice natural look. On top of that, It's affordable as well.

Price & Availability: Oriflame The ONE Illuskin Foundation is PKR 899 for a 30 ml bottle. You can buy it through an official Oriflame representative. I got mine from an online Oriflame store Oriflame Islamabad..
Rating: 4/5

  11. How does foundation packaging help a business? Steve begins with a discussion about the cost savings resulting from using a combination of onboard and the off-board shipper. Clemens then cites a study from the American Trucking Association regarding the savings that truckers could experience using a variety of onboard and off-board carriers. According to the report, various onboard and off-board shippers can save a trucker nearly forty percent on average. This savings translates into an increased gross profit or bottom-line profit for the business.
