Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion Review

Morning Sweets, It's been a pretty long time since I reviewed any product hasn't it?  So today that's going to change, as I'm going to review this new moisturiser I bought about two weeks ago.
Cetaphil is a therapeutic skin care line recommended by dermatologists for dry, sensitive or disease compromised skin. Fragrance free, non-comedogenic and hypoallergenic, the product range includes specific cleansers moisturizers and UV protestants for face.
Product Description:
Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion is specifically formulated to soothe your chronically dry skin. Once applied, your skin feels soft and smooth. It is non-greasy, non–irritating and non–comedogenic (won't clog pores), leaving you feeling more comfortable in your own skin.

• Lightweight hydration to replenish sensitive and normal skin
• Fast-acting, long-lasting, light-weight formula helps maintain healthy skin
• Special ingredients are proven to bind water to skin and help prevent moisture loss
• Protects and enhances skin’s natural moisture

Packaging:
Lotion comes in a 118 ml plastic bottle with a screw cap.

My Views:

I'm using this moisturiser since 2 weeks and I like it. Its light weight , fragrance free and makes the skin so supple and soft after single application. It suits all skin types and free of parabens. The formula is not greasy at all. It sinks in the skin very well and instantly calms dry skin & forms a light film on top of the skin. Most moisturisers that are this softening tend to be greasy (like cold cream) but this one combines intense moisture with minimum greasiness and keep skin hydrated for hours.

My Recommendation:
It is a very good, fuss-free moisturizer that works instantly. But I would never wear this during the day, it feels very thick & heavy. I would keep a bottle around though to apply during the night. This lotion is a perfect overnight solution to deal with dry/ patchy skin. Its a perfect cure for dry or sensitive skin but I wont recommend it for the people who have oily skin because this will be a tad heavier for them.
Price and Availability: I purchased mine from D -Watson's in 940 Pkr.

  4. I recommend mineral sunscreens like the CeraVe Hydrating Sunscreen line, as they are safe for all skin types. CeraVe sunscreens have a blend of ceramides, niacinamide, and hyaluronic acid to keep skin hydrated and protected.
